Stakeholders shouldn ’ t feel they need to convince or mobilise procurement to get what they need . Procurement needs to be a willing , proactive partner who will help them in terms of agility and innovation . We will bring ideas from new suppliers , and we will optimise outcomes . My objective is not to lead their business but to help them run their business better . “
