Piotr Rusecki joined Cemex in 2003 . He has held several managerial positions in Materials , Ready Mix , Aggregates , Pavements , and Infrastructure in Poland . Additionally , he has served as Vice President ERMCO Association . Previously to joining Cemex , Piotr worked as General Director for Unicon Concrete and in Production at Bauma Concrete Prefabrication . Piotr holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Warsaw Technical University , and an MBA from WSPIZ .
