The project had a budget of $ 700mn and was designed by Peter Vaughan of the architecture firm Broadway Malyan with construction beginning in 2012 . The 65-storey mixed-use towers contain 830 flats , over 500 office spaces , and a five-star hotel with a 550-seat conference hall and 300 rooms .
