The‘ pleasuries’ had clearly prepared him. Henry won a race to the Magnetic North Pole, setting a time that remains unbeaten to this day, following it with a 49-day, 1,065-mile world record-breaking trek to the SPI while battling some of the coldest temperatures recorded on Earth. These voyages served as the inspiration for Cookson Adventures, the company he founded in 2007 to offer ultra-luxury, bespoke and pioneering travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals that combine world-first expeditions with conservation and conscious travel.
