RESKILLING BEYOND THE PAYROLL
Samsung has taken reskilling past its own walls. Its‘ win-win’ academy has trained almost 120,000 people who do not work for Samsung at all, but for nearly 1,300 supplier firms, in everything from chip processes to AI. Chairman Lee Jae-yong calls it survival, not charity. In an AI supply chain, a company is only as strong as the weakest firm it leans on.
