As a business leader with more than 25 years in the European telecommunications industry, Timotheus currently serves as CEO of Deutsche Telekom, the continent’ s largest telecommunications provider since 2014. He first joined Deutsche Telekom in 2000, where he served as Managing Director and was responsible for finance and controlling on the Board of T-Mobile Deutschland. Timotheus is also Co-Founder and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Bürgerstiftung Rheinviertel, a non-profit church foundation that supports and promotes youth, social and cultural programmes.
