Hamdi Ulukaya, the Kurdish shepherd’ s son who built America’ s yoghurt giant from a shuttered Kraft plant, staffs his factories with refugees, roughly a third of the workforce at times, and founded the Tent Partnership to push hundreds of companies to do the same. In 2016 he handed employees equity worth up to 10 % of the company. His TED talk called it the anti-CEO playbook; the margins call it good business.
