“ Reiki, sound baths, breathwork, manifestation, yoga... you name it, I tried it.” Out of that came a trade. Lumina, the wellness business she now runs full-time from Ibiza, treats stress as a physical event rather than a mood. A client arrives wired, the state most executives mistake for normal, and Jodie works on the body before the mind. Functional breathwork comes first, slow controlled patterns that give a wired system permission to stand down. Guided visualisation and meditation follow, practices that draw on nervous system education and neuroscience, settling the head once the body has stopped arguing.
