Whether you’ re in the coworking space or the cafe across the street, this is where the city’ s founders and builders actually hang out. A go-to for healthy juices, specialty coffee and a laptop-friendly environment is Nudes, which has a few locations across the city. Expect to be working among a crowd of young, creative professionals. Honest Greens is a Spanish success story. It’ s simple, healthy and consistent, and I often work through breakfast or lunch there because the spaces are genuinely cozy and the coffee is outstanding.

Sacha Michaud is a British-Canadian serial entrepreneur and the co-founder of Glovo. Since co-founding the company alongside Oscar Pierre in 2015, Sacha has been instrumental in shaping Glovo’ s global strategy and scaling it into the fastest-growing multicategory player across Europe, Central Asia and Africa. Under his leadership, the platform attracted ~ 1bn EUR in investment and expanded to 22 countries before being acquired by Delivery Hero in 2022 for 2.3bn EUR.
