With Fidelis embracing technology that Accor originally implemented , Dalig stresses how important it is that new processes are strategic and purposeful . “ Launching new technology is based around lots of trial and error . Dalig is vastly experienced in the hospitality sector , having worked in a variety of roles across Germany . Beginning his career with an apprenticeship at Best Western , Dalig worked his way through a range of positions in the hotel sector with jobs such as Assistant Manager , Revenue Manager and Vice President Franchise Operations at Accor Hotels before moving into his current role of Chief Operating Officer at Fidelis Hospitality in March 2019 .
