I have a matrix team across the globe and we are sharing IT knowledge and expertise , making sure that we are implementing new solutions the right way and that these solutions are consistent wherever possible .” It saves a lot of duplicated effort too , as best practice is shared and refined collaboratively rather than trying to reinvent the wheel constantly .
