A Google Workspace study finds that 92 % of young leaders want AI with personalisation. It surveyed more than 1,000 US-based knowledge workers aged 22-39 who have, or aspire to hold a leadership position. They say personalisation fuels efficiency and productivity, and that AI literacy is a critical future skill. More than 70 % of future leaders use AI as a career coach, while 62 % use it to fine-tune work and projects.“ The era of one-size-fits-all AI is over,” said Yulie Kwon Kim, Vice President of Product, Google Workspace.“ Our research shows that personalised AI is no longer a nice-to-have – it’ s the baseline expectation for rising leaders who rely on AI at work.”
