“ The idea here is to bring our people, our customers and the Anthropic partnership to scale,” Praveen says,“ and build propositions that could help our customers be competitive in the market.” The people part is not garnish. AccelerateUS, the company’ s talent and community programme, survives every budget cycle because it was never charity; it grew from the same three commitments that drew Praveen to the firm in the first place.“ It was not as though we are doing something as a favour to the community,” Praveen says.
“ It was more about wanting a forum where we can tap into those great minds,” he adds, a place to show people what AI means for their careers while scouting ideas for co-creation. The manias come and the manias go. What survives, on Praveen’ s account, is whatever gets built with intention while everyone else is chasing outputs.“ Customers are looking at AI as a key vector in terms of how they should pivot their operations,” he says.“ And in the process, our people will have a role to play in shaping the future.”
