It has also recently surpassed the 10,000 mark in positive ratings from Trust Pilot with an average rating of 9.8 out of 10 , the highest in its sector both for score and volume of respondents . In 2016 the Group accepted its 50th award in the industry for customer excellence , all of which have been achieved in a large part in the technology investments mentioned previously .
